Having trouble on mobile? Try switching to a laptop to fix the issue. Laptops and desktops have the best possible customiser experience ๐ป
- Try to upload high quality photos, as they will expand in size once printed. Over 1500x1500px in size for best results. Camera roll photos on a newish phone are usually good enough quality to use.
- If you're encountering issues using a mobile phone, try switching to laptop or desktop to solve the problem.ย We recommend using a computer over mobile if you want to be super pro with your design.
- Avoid using dark images or images with lots of background elements.
- Wait for the auto-crop feature to work its magic, it takes around 5-10 seconds per image depending on size! Then drag and drop your images to arrange them on the shirt canvas.
- Once youโve finished making your design, click on review and select your size. You can add mulitple sizes of the same design.ย
- If you're ordering a customย product in Natural, note that any white in the images won't be printed. Instead, the natural colour of the product will show through.
- Please note that once ordered, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design. The design tool is self-service, and what you see in preview is what will be printed.
This shirt is designed, manufactured and printed by Threadheads. Unisex, 90s-inspired relaxed fit with a slight dropped shoulder and roomy sleeves.
If you're a guy, choose your usual size for a regular look or one size up for a more oversized fit. If you're a girl, choose your usual unisex t-shirt size for a relaxed fit or go one up for oversized.

What is the return and exchange policy for custom t-shirts?
Your custom t-shirt is made just for you, which means we canโt resell it (and honestly, no one else wants it). So unless it arrives damaged, itโs yours forever.
Your design tool is crashing unexpectedly. What should I do?
If your phone is struggling to keep up with your creative genius, switch to a laptop. More power, fewer crashes, and slightly less rage.
Should I use a computer instead of mobile to design?
We recommend using a computer like a Mac or Windows for best results. But some team members have made absurdly brilliant custom shirt designs on mobile too.
Can you make modifications to my design?
The design tool is self-service, which means once you confirm, it's final. What you see is what gets printed. That being saidโฆ if the stars align and weโre not buried in emails, we might be able to help. Maybe.
What's the print quality like?
Bright. Crisp. Built to last. None of that cheap plasticky stuff that flakes off after one wash. This is the good kindโwear, wash, repeat.
I want my custom product in multiple sizes, how do I do that?
Design first, panic about sizing later. Once youโre happy with your creation, youโll be able to select multiple sizes before checkout.
Is there anything I can't put on the design?
Shockingly, we do have limits. No nudity, no offensive content, nothing thatโll get you (or us) in trouble. Letโs keep it weird, but not that weird.
