3. Print + ship
3–5 business days standard from artwork approval (1–2 days express available). Printed at the centre closest to your customer — Australia, the US, or Europe — and shipped worldwide.
Need design help? It's our quiet differentiator — we run everything from simple logo cleanup to full custom artwork. Mention it in your brief and we'll quote it in alongside the print.

Bulk printing FAQ
What's the minimum order?
10 units on the initial order. You can mix sizes and colours within a print run. No minimum on reorders of the same artwork — order 50 today, top up with 12 next month, no problem.
How fast can you turn it around?
3–5 business days standard from artwork approval. 1–2 days express for urgent runs (surcharge applies). Need a hard deadline? Tell us in the brief and we'll confirm before you commit.
Can you design our merch for us?
Yes. Simple design (logo updates, layout tweaks, clear brief) from $350–$500. Original artwork (urgent / minimal brief / unique work) from $500–$1000. Free at 100+ units per order.
What products can you print on?
Tees, hoodies, jumpers, baby tees, kids tees, tote bags, mugs — printed in-house from our blank range. Hats, caps, bottles, premium apparel, and other non-standard products — sourced through our supply network and printed by us.
Can you do white-label fulfilment?
Yes. Neck relabelling ($1.50/item), individual garment bags ($0.25/item), branded mailers ($0.30/order), and your own swing tags (free to attach) — all available as add-ons. Your customer never sees Threadheads branding unless you want them to.
What payment terms do you offer?
Prepayment on the first order. Net-30 available for approved accounts from order two onwards. We're GST-registered with an Australian ABN — proper tax invoices issued for every job.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes — get in touch for sample pricing. We'll send a tee in your blank choice + colour so you can feel the fabric, check the fit and approve the print quality before you commit to the run.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes — worldwide. AU domestic 3–5 business days, international 7–14 business days depending on destination. EU/UK currently routes via Melbourne; our Prague facility is coming online mid-2026 for faster European delivery.
What file format do you need?
Print-ready 300dpi PNG is ideal. If you've got a logo file (AI, EPS, PDF) we can prep it. If you've just got an idea and a reference image, our design service takes it from there.
Will I see a mockup before paying?
Always. Mockup approval is built into step 2 of every job — we'll send you a digital proof showing placement, colours, and scale on your chosen garment before the press runs.
