Orders are printed on demand with excessive amounts of love at our studios in Australia, the US and Europe — whichever is closest to you. Below are estimates for how long your threads will take, including printing and delivery.

The fine print (the friendly kind)
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. Keep an eye on your parcel any time via Track Your Order — you'll also get tracking updates by email once your order ships.
Made to order. Most of our products are printed on demand just for you, and the estimates above already include printing time. Pre-made items (like limited drops) may ship faster. During peak periods (major sales and the holiday season), please allow a few extra business days.
Taxes & duties. Prices include GST/VAT where applicable — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Because we print locally in your region wherever possible, the vast majority of orders arrive with no extra import charges. If a shipment does cross a border, your local customs office may occasionally apply import fees — if that happens unexpectedly, contact our support legends and we'll help sort it out.
Wrong address? If you've made a mistake in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@threadheads.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships — once it's with the carrier, we can't redirect it.
Delayed or lost parcels. Carriers occasionally have hiccups. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5+ business days, or your order is well past the estimates above, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the carrier and make it right.

Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order in your Threadheads account here.
Will I be charged customs or import fees for international orders?
Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.
If you are ordering from the United States, United Kingdom or Europe, duties and taxes are calculated based on local regulations and automatically applied to the value of your cart under the "Duties" section during checkout. This ensures that you will not be required to pay anything extra upon the delivery of your goods.
If you are ordering from Switzerland and Norway, duties are not charged at the time of checkout. Depending on the total value of your order and local customs thresholds, you may be required to pay duties at the time of delivery.

Do you offer click and collect?
We offer click and collect for Melbourne customers. Simply select pickup at the first stage of checkout 😎
Our current pick up times are 7:30am-3pm Monday to Friday. If you need to pickup at a time outside these hours, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to accommodate.
