When you upload images, our magical auto-crop feature will crop whatever's in focus. You can upload straight from your phone or computer, and position your images. Then add backgrounds, effects like lightning and sparkles, and text with cool fonts to make a totally unique tee. You'll never have to ask, "Now which ones mine?" again!

Having trouble on iPhone? Try switching to a laptop to fix the issue.
- Try to upload high quality photos, as they will expand in size once printed. Over 1500x1500px in size for best results. Camera roll photos on a newish phone are usually good enough quality to use.
- Avoid using dark images or images with lots of background elements.
- Wait for the auto-crop feature to work its magic, it takes around 5-10 seconds per image depending on size! Then drag and drop your images to arrange them on the shirt canvas.
- To add text, please select a background first, and the text options will appear.
- We recommend using a computer over mobile if you want to be super pro with your design.
- If you want multiple t-shirt sizes of the same customised image, simply add one size to your cart, close the slide-out cart, then switch to a different size and add it to your cart. You can also edit the design and add to cart, if you want to change it for any reason.
- We adhere to a policy of not printing anything that includes nudity or offensive content.
- Please note that once ordered, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design. The design tool is self-service, and what you see in preview is what will be printed.

What is the return and exchange policy for custom t-shirts?

Your design tool is crashing unexpectedly. What should I do?
If you're encountering issues using iPhone, try switching to a laptop to fix the issue.
Can you make modifications to my design?
Once you've ordered a custom tee, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design. The design tool is self-service, and what you see in preview is what will be printed.
What is the size and fit of your tees?
Premium quality combed cotton, medium-weight at 200gsm, regular fit.
For guys, they are regular fit to slightly on the larger side. Choose your regular size or for oversized fit, size up one.
For girls, size down if you want a more fitted look. if you want oversized fit, go your regular size or a size up, as it's a unisex fit.
What's the print quality like?
Bright vivid colours. Durable. Feels like good quality, not like a cheap plastic transfer. Printed on demand just for you.
Should I use a computer instead of mobile to design?
We recommend using a computer like a Mac or Windows for best results. But some team members have made absurdly brilliant designs on mobile too.
I want my custom product in multiple sizes, how do I do that?
If you want multiple t-shirt sizes of the same customised image, you'll be able to select your sizes in the review stage after finishing your design.
Is there anything I can't put on the design?
