Threadheads Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions

By joining the Threadheads Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. These apply to all affiliates regardless of platform or channel. The program is operated by Threadheads Pty Ltd (ACN 606 990 747) ("Threadheads", "we", "us").

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have an active, publicly accessible platform (social media account, website, or similar) with genuine, original content. Threadheads reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links

You will be issued a unique tracking link upon approval. Commissions are only earned on sales made through your assigned link. You must not leak, manipulate, misuse, or self-refer through your link.

3. Promotional Standards

When promoting Threadheads, you must:

  • Be honest and accurate in all claims about our products
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in line with applicable advertising standards and regulations in your jurisdiction (for example, the AANA Code of Ethics in Australia, the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US, and the CAP Code in the UK)
  • Not use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading tactics
  • Not bid on Threadheads branded keywords in paid search without prior written approval
  • Not misrepresent yourself as Threadheads, register domains or social handles confusingly similar to our brand, or issue unauthorised discount codes or offers on our behalf

4. Commissions & Payment

Affiliates earn 20% commission on all verified, completed sales generated through their unique link. Commissions are paid monthly. Sales that are cancelled, refunded, or returned do not qualify, and any commission already credited on them may be reversed. Commissions are not payable where an account has been suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn.

5. Account Compliance & Suspension

Threadheads conducts regular audits to ensure affiliates meet our program standards. We may suspend or permanently close any account that:

  • Provides invalid, inactive, or unverifiable platform links
  • Shows signs of inauthentic engagement, purchased followers, or artificial traffic
  • Breaches any part of these Terms

In the event of account closure due to non-compliance, any accrued commissions will be forfeited. Threadheads reserves the right to close non-compliant accounts without advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

While you are an approved affiliate, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use Threadheads brand assets we make available to you, solely to promote Threadheads under these Terms. This licence ends when your participation in the program ends. Designs from our officially licensed collaborations remain the property of their respective rights holders and must not be modified or used outside the assets we provide.

7. Relationship of the Parties

You participate in the program as an independent party. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between you and Threadheads, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

8. Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. If you exit the program in good standing, any legitimately earned commissions will be paid at the next scheduled monthly date. Threadheads may terminate your participation immediately for any breach of these Terms, in which case unpaid commissions will not be payable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
